tuna on spinach

This week there are fresh tuna.

Ingredients for 2 people: two tuna steaks


juice of 200 g of 1 / 2 lemon
100 g baby spinach
150g cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon Olievnöl


some basil leaves salt, pepper

Preparation:

tuna steaks cold rinse, pat dry and place on a plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Chill.

halve wash spinach and spin dry tomatoes. Stir in oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Arrange on a plate.

tuna in oil 2 tablespoons brown on both sides - depending on the desired 1, 3 or 6 minutes a side. Serve with the salad, spread some tomatoes and basil leaves on the fish.
