Gamesharks Final Fantasy Dawn Of Souls

Cantuccini

Unbelievable but true - now I post for the second time and not easy to tell that a cat and a carpet is not a good liaison , but to publish a recipe. I know that few readers will be somewhat surprised, but this post has nothing to do with my laziness again. I have an good way to escape my "duties". There are a pain in my vicinity. Nuisance that nature, you would do what she wants, just so they only one left alone. Ivi, I hope you feel now addressed :-) Here is the recipe of your favorite high biscotti. Here! You can even try to bake, I'm sure you can!

ingredients for about 30 small biscotti:
125 g almonds 250 g flour

150 g sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder

2 points vanilla sugar 1 pinch salt

25 g butter, room warm

2 eggs 1 Bio Lemon

Preparation:
mix the dough for flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt and grated rind of one organic lemon. In the middle of a hollow push, add butter and eggs. All ingredients processed into a Knead dough. As the dough is really sticky, I recommend before rubber gloves to put on, otherwise you will curse ... Now knead in the almonds. The dough with flour and shape into a ball for 30 minutes cold. Cut the dough into 3 parts. forms from each part, a long thin roll. This is really very important. The dough will not bake in, but goes wider. In a thick roll and then cut open, it will not bite-sized pieces. But now we go on.

interpret the baking sheet with parchment paper. The rollers at a distance of about 5-8 cm apart to create.

in a preheated oven (200 degrees) pre-baking 25 minutes, can be a bit cold and then cut diagonally into 1 cm thick slices. Cookies with the cut side onto the baking sheet and yet only 10 minutes roasting (180 degrees). The biscotti should be golden brown at the end.

let the cookies cool and store in a sealed tin can (or they will be soft).

That's it for today. Good night, children :-)

Quiche Lorraine

I have long been nothing more reasonable, posted here but I have such wonderful recipes for you. Because of that I'm lazy by nature, I am publishing today, only a prescription.
Despite the fact that dough is generally not my thing, I managed to prepare an excellent quiche. The history of this great cake, you can read here . I ask you to widerrum, in my view, combining the best ingredients. At IKEA, I bought 4 small pie shapes à 15 cm in diameter. If you want to make the quiche in a great shape, make it twice the amount of ingredients.

So, let's start time.

Serves 4 small pie shapes:

100 g flour 50 g butter 30 g

milk ¼ teaspoon salt 100 g diced bacon

2 onions 1 stalk leek
150 g cream 200 g milk

3 eggs 100 g grated cheese

Preparation:
the flour, cook butter, milk and salt and a pastry for about 30 minutes put iin the fridge cold.

the cut along leek and rinse well, then cut into rings. Clean onions, cut into cubes and fry with bacon in the frying pan. Just before it is finished, add leek and cook a few minutes. The filling and set aside to cool slightly.

the dough into quarters and roll each piece round and thin. Any form with butter spread, roll out the dough, press with fingers to the shape and then prick with a fork in several places.

cream, milk and egg whisk. Lay bacon and onions in the forms and fill them with the egg-milk-cream mixture to the edges. Sprinkle with cheese.

then put it in the oven at 200 ° C, for about 30 minutes. Very tasty

is also filled with mushrooms and shrimp. My treasure trying to guess where the shrimp are as nu ;-)

Bon appetit :-)
