Since couple years, I cherish the thought of going to the fish market in the dance well. Now it was time - I took my camera and I went the direction of Deutz. At the fish market, I have not found any fresh fish, but other desires - walnut oil, pumpkin seed oil, honey and chili peppers, Formaggio ubriaco (drunken cheese), and much, much more. I was even briefly explains how this cheese is made - after the preparation, the remaining red wine grape skins were collected, the cheese is tricked into it matures and so on for 6 months. have today I decided to broaden my horizon. Non only that I continued my project management theory, my breakfast palette has widened to a court. Although ... after I've eaten so full so it could be referred to as a good lunch. Ingredients for 2 People:
half baguette
100g ricotta cheese 50g Parmesan
6 Roma tomatoes
2 tsp. Basil pesto
1 tsp olive oil salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cut the baguette halves into 4 pieces and each piece still plays along. Now we have 8 slices of bread.
first Two of our baguette slices cut into long pieces we à 1 cm wide - I use it in order to dab in the yolk. You may also like to fry 1-2 tomatoes briefly with basil mix and place as a paste on the bread pieces.
second Slice the tomatoes and fry for about a minute in the oil. About 2 / 3 on two baguette slices. salt and pepper, Parmesan and grate over it. The first two sandwiches are done.
4th Two new baguette slices spread with ricotta, place the remaining slices of tomato on Parmesan over it , Sprinkle basil leaves on it - done!
5th The last two baguettes spread with ricotta cheese, remove each piece with 1 teaspoon pesto sauce (tomato or basil) - well done!
