When I was little, my mother the carrots in a soup is something broken and so was the taste for me not so tragic. This recipe was pure experiment for me. Ingredients for 4 people:

50g butter 1 onion 1 clove

2 tablespoons creme fraiche 250g prawns

Preparation: Chop onions
